During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the central location of the hotel, with all the cafes, bars, and restaurants just a short walk away. The beach was also easily accessible, making it convenient for me to relax and soak up the sun. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The noise level of the hotel was quite high, especially at night. The surrounding bars and clubs made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mxv Quinta Avenida in Playa del Carmen! The hostel had an incredibly friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff members were extremely nice and made us feel right at home. They even organized daily activities to help guests mingle and make friends. The architectural layout of the hostel, with a central patio and rooms surrounding it, made it easy for everyone to come together and socialize. The location was perfect, right on Fifth Avenue and within walking distance to the best bars and the beach. we had a fantastic time and everything exceeded our expectations!

We recently stayed at Mxv Quinta Avenida and had a fantastic experience. The private room was spacious and had a lovely private bathroom, allowing us to control the air conditioner. The hostel had a great communal area with a pool and bar, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere. The facilities were beautiful, including a kitchen and common area, and the private rooms were comparable to mid-range hotels with immaculate bathrooms and comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, and the hostel provided a safe and quiet environment, perfect for families.
